I'm an AEDP certified therapist with training in a range of somatically focused trauma therapies, specializing in working with high achieving men who are struggling in their relationships. I have also trained with Laurel Parnell and like to incorporate AF-EMDR when it makes sense. I often work with couples where at least one member of the couple has experienced trauma and find that EFT and PACT work well in helping couples heal and develop greater intimacy.
