My approach to therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and liberation-centered, focusing on connection to your body, your ancestors, and your unique cultural identity. I believe that healing isn’t meant to be an individual process, but a collective one. We weren’t meant to do this work alone. I believe that liberation is intertwined with our ability to heal from the wounds passed along to us. My practice is rooted in social justice and decolonial values, empowering you to reclaim your power and challenge any narrative that focuses on blaming the individual instead of the system. My gentle approach creates a sense of belonging and through collaboration, it allows you to explore your experiences and see your strengths. I'm dedicated to providing culturally-sensitive care that honors your identity and supports your healing. I am currently in my final year of my Doctorate in Social Work program where my scholarship is focused on community-based interventions that lead to pathways of healing intergenerational trauma.
