You understand your trauma. You've done the work, maybe for years. And your body still won't settle — the panic, the hypervigilance, the sleep that doesn't come.

That gap between knowing you're safe and feeling it is a nervous system problem, not a failure of insight. And for people navigating racism, marginalization, and systemic harm, hypervigilance isn't a disorder — it's an accurate response to real conditions, one that doesn't switch off when you finally get somewhere safe.

I'm a licensed therapist offering neurofeedback alongside EMDR, somatic therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy. Neurofeedback trains your brain directly, using EEG data to build regulation from the bottom up — a different route in when talk therapy has taken you as far as it can. I integrate it into an ongoing therapeutic relationship rather than delivering it as standalone sessions, and I work from a liberation framework grounded in nervous system science.

Neurofeedback is rare in liberation-oriented practice, and liberation-oriented care is rare in neurofeedback. I offer both.

Previously spent nearly a decade at the NYC Health Department working on health equity and racial disparities. Brooklyn-based, in-person Fridays and remote throughout the week.
